Ingredients
  • 2 Mangos, seed removed, peeled and chopped ( 2 Cups )
  • 2 Cups of Mango sorbet / frozen dessert.
  • 2 containers ( 6 oz each / 170 gms) vanilla yogurt.
  • 1.5 cups fat-free ( skim ) milk or soya milk.
Instructions
  • In a blender place all ingredients. Cover.
  • Blend it on high speed until smooths.
  • Pour into 6 glasses, serve immediately.
